How blessings work

Blessings run alongside relics rather than competing with them. They are bought with points earned from blessing tasks, counted separately from the league points that unlock relics, so climbing one track does not cost you the other.

  • One pick per tier. Each tier offers the same choice: an Order, a Balance or a Chaos blessing.
  • No combat style lock.Unlike Catalyst's combat relics, blessings never commit you to melee, ranged, magic or necromancy.
  • God tiers at tier 4 and tier 8.Which God tier blessing you get is decided by the picks below it: two or more from one path gives you that path's God tier blessing, and one of each gives you the Balance one.
  • Three resets. The first unlocks at tier 1 and the rest arrive as you climb, so an early pick is not permanent.

The tables above jump from Tier 3 to God Tier 1 because that God tier is the tier 4 slot. Point costs beyond tier 1 have not been published, and land here as Jagex confirms them.

Planning your path

The two-pick rule

Decided by tier 3

Because the God tier blessing is chosen for you by what sits below it, your first three picks are the real decision. Two Chaos picks and one of anything else gives you Demon's Mark; two Order picks give you Sacred Fervor; two Balance picks give you Splash Zone. Spreading one pick across each path also gives you Splash Zone, so a deliberate Balance run and an indecisive one arrive at the same place.
